We will have the Paul Harris nomination meeting will be on 08/06 at 6 PM at Powder Hollow. Please send you nominations to Aimee before the 6th, make sure to include a brief bio and explanation of why this person deserves to be recognized by the club
Please save the date we will have the Paul Harris Dinner on 10/6 at Grassmere.
The club has raised more than $2,000 to send to the victims of the Texas flood.
Aimee has been receiving complaints regarding how Rotary Island looks however we as a club are no longer the sponsor of that space and cannot do anything to beautify it.
The town has approached the club for a donation to help repair the equipment at the Rotary Playground. The board will take up the request at the next board meeting.
Reminder the 1st Saturday of each month we volunteer at Enfield Loaves and Fishes.
There was discussion about doing a joint backpack stuffing event with the Windsor club but more details need to be ironed out.
We will have a line dancing fun raiser (yes fun not fund) in November, The date and location are to be determined. This event will be replacing the wine tasting. We need raffle items and tickets sold.
